Tesla is looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor for our highly dynamic parts distribution center in Pomona, CA. This position will lead day-to-day operations including receiving, stocking, shipping and all related functions.

This role will report directly to the Associate Manager, Service Parts & Distribution.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive a safety first culture, to ensure everyone is contributing to a safe work environment
  • Leverage continuous improvement principles to refine processes and drive improved performance in building KPIs
  • Coach, develop and provide actionable feedback to your direct reports
  • Create and execute the operational game plan for your shift to ensure Safety, Quality, Throughput and Cycle Time KPIs are met daily
  • Root cause operational failures and develop strategies to prevent future failures
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced distribution environment, preferably automotive-related
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (Including overtime, weekends and holidays)
  • Four year degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, etc.)
  • Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination
