HSE Manager for offshore wind farms 
Can you provide the on-site safety conditions that will help us on our journey to a more sustainable future?  
Join our team and become a HSE Manager in UK West where you'll support Wind Power Operations which is responsible for the company's O&M function.  
You'll be working with a team of HSE professionals to support a number of sites in the Barrow area. We're responsible for supporting the line management with the implementation and smooth running of a safe on-site system of work. 
Although you'll be based onshore in Barrow-in-Furness, you should expect regular visits to the offshore wind farms to undertake your duties, some of which will require staying offshore for short periods of time. 
Your key tasks will be to 
  • continually develop the company and the industry safe systems of work   as well as ensure that they support the operational requirements of the sites. 
  • engage in the day-to-day management of on-site health and safety 
  • ensure all sites meet the legislative requirements, JV partner HSE requirements and the Group's HSE target of zero HSE LTIs 
  • plan and implement HSE initiatives and campaigns 
  • undertake reviews, inspections and audits as required 
  • undertake incident investigations. 
Your competences include that you 
  • have, as a minimum, a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent 
  • have solid experience as an HSE professional  
  • are a certified Lead Auditor 
  • have a European driving licence (full category B) 
  • speak and write English fluently 
  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
