Job Description

Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas. Work closely with all the other Function Heads and deal with multifarious subjects that come up for CEOs decision, review etc.Have thorough understanding of the business and all its related strategic, financial, operational and developmental aspects and in turn should help the CEO to take go or no go decision.Prepare presentations, MIS Reports and analytical study of various financial .Prepare and review Reports and Variance analysis with estimates and projections. Assist the CEO in tracking the key business parameters of the business. Manage and ensure execution of specific assignments / projects initiated by the CEO.Conducts research on prospective corporate and foundation donors to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals.Drafts reports, proposals, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with the team.
