Contracts and Legal Manager, Wind Turbine Service, Edinburgh
Cathcart Energy are currently recruiting for a Contracts and Legal Manager for our Wind Farm Service client to be based in Edinburgh.
This role will involve evaluation and drafting of legal contracts for the servicing of Wind Turbines around the UK as well as managing any disputes and claims that may arise.

You will need to have knowledge of FIDIC and NEC contracts as well as crafting and negotiating bespoke contracts.
There will be a significant amount of internal and external liaison and collaboration as well as negotiation required for this role so skills in these areas will make a significant part of the selection process.
