Can you help develop and optimise our document handling processes to ensure first-class records management?

Join us and become a Records Manager in the Asset Management Compliance & Reporting team where you'll support the owners of the offshore wind farms with standardisation and implementation of records management processes. Our team currently consists of four specialists, who work with management reporting as well as optimising processes, implementing good governance and compliance, and ensuring best-in-class records management.

The position is limited to one year.

Your key tasks will be to
  • ensure effective document handling
  • drive the development of processes and instructions to capture documentation of assets and to ensure compliance with requirements regarding legislation and certification
  • implement structure in electronic document management systems, supporting our processes throughout Wind Power
  • support and train colleagues in the use of document systems and handling of business-critical records on an ongoing basis
  • liaise with colleagues across the team, department and company to ensure and facilitate a smooth transfer of records from the different stages in an asset's life cycle.

Furthermore, you'll be responsible for capturing best practice and implementing it in to Asset Management processes.

Your competences include that you
  • have a relevant master's or bachelor's degree, for example in library and information science, information management, or another relevant academic education; a professional focus on document and records management is a prerequisite
  • are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have a flair for and genuine interest in learning new IT systems
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders
  • speak and write Danish and English fluently.

Preferably, you have relevant work experience with document management, web filing systems and electronic document management systems. Experience with SharePoint and Alfresco is an advantage but not a requirement. You know how to manage and prioritise your tasks and are able to work on several simultaneously. Finally, you offer support to your colleagues and have a service-minded, proactive and positive approach to your work.
