The HRIS Support Lead is responsible for day to day supervision of a team of HRIS Specialists providing HR Systems support for all end users and HR Stakeholders in multiple countries within Europe and Africa. The role includes responsibility for all aspects of HR systems support including further developing our support model and maintaining all relevant training materials and user guides. The role is also responsible for maintaining and developing the setup and configuration of our Neocase request management system and ensure the efficient use of this by the team. Current systems in scope: Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP GlobalView (SAP) payroll, Kronos Activities and Timekeeping, Neocase request management. The regional HRIS Support Lead reports directly to the European HRIS Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Day to day supervision of and participation in the HRIS support team, ensuring customer satisfaction and a high level of support for the HR systems in scope.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining good customer service routines within the team.
• Investigating/trouble shooting systems errors, working with the appropriate internal and external support teams.
• Delivery of regular scheduled tasks such monthly audits, data cleanse and report running, table updates.
• Support adhoc requests such as mass data loads, data interrogation and reorganisations.
• Assist with annual activities such as salary reviews, benefit enrolments, talent and performance cycles.
• Keep working documentation up to date, such as technical specification documents, local work instructions and users guides.
• Develop and deliver customer focused training and end user support material to new HR team members and the wider employee customer base.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing the technical aspect of our Neocase request management solution in cooperation with the HR Central Service Delivery Specialist
• Build strong working relationships with dependent support teams and stakeholders, such as Global HRIS, IT Support and in-country HR Management / HR Services Teams.
• Support the HR Services team in the delivery of large scale systems projects, such as new implementations and roll outs.
• Work in close collaboration with the other European HR Services Teams in providing a joined up systems and service approach to HR service delivery across Europe and Africa.
• Travel as necessary

• Higher education within relevant subject

• IT Degree or Equivalent

Technical, Training or Specialist Knowledge

• Excellent command of English - both written and spoken .

• Good underlying experience of HR Applications and their structures.

• Experience with leading a team

• Advanced MS Excel and general data manipulation skills.

• General interest and experience in working with computer systems.

• Knowledge and understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP Global View/SAP payroll, Kronos Activities and Timekeeping and/or Neocase HR Power request management

• Advanced Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.

• SharePoint Developer Experience.

• Other European Languages.
