Job Description: Brief Posting Description
We are currently sourcing Consultant Engineer- Rotating Equipment Reliability to join our team in Houston, TX. We aim to provide engineering solutions and services that improve machine reliability and assist our Oil & Gas
Mining & Utilities clients in achieving peak production, while maximizing machinery life cycles.

This position will report directly to the Business Lead- Rotating Equipment Reliability.

Detailed Description
The successful candidate will have a high level of focus in these key areas:

• Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships, including developing new business opportunities;
• Execute maintenance strategies and programs for clients whilst seeking opportunities to improve them utilizing the latest in data analytic techniques;
• Manage, implement and improve vibration, lubrication and thermography based predictive maintenance programs - including on-site data collection, analysis, and determination of recommendations for rotating equipment;
• Assist with investigations,providing technical input for equipment failures and troubleshooting projects:alignments, balancing, ODS and RCA;
• Assist with RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis);
• Identify opportunities to improve client plant reliability, availability and/or performance,collaborating with clients to turn to their advantage; and
• Provide support, mentoring and technical reviews for colleagues in the group in predictive and preventive maintenance practices Job Requirements
The needed qualificationsfor this opportunity:

• A high regard for, andpractice of, safety and health at all times;
• Tertiary degree inmechanical engineering (or equivalent);
• Fully certified ISO VCAT2 -TCAT/LCAT certification highly regarded;
• 4+ years hands-onexperience of managing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies,including vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, alignment andbalancing;
• Proficiency in the latestdata analytics tools and techniques;
• Good working knowledge of awide range of rotating equipment;
• Experienced user of CMMSsystems (e.g. SAP, Maximo, JDE);
• Client focused with goodrelationship building skills;
• Flexibility to traveloffshore and onshore at short notice;
• Highly motivated,self-sufficient individual who nonetheless enjoys working as part of a closeknit and supportive team;
• High level of Englishliteracy, report writing skills, and computer proficiency;
• Proficiency in projectmanagement processes and commercial controls;
• Committed to processcompliance in practice management systems; and
• Recent experience in theOil &Gas, Mining or Utilities industries is highly desirable.
