Position Summary




Internship positions at Jacobs provide college students an opportunity to gain real-world experience in their specific area of study. Interns will work alongside world-class professionals in a fast-paced, professional setting which provides interns invaluable experiences applying the knowledge and skills learned through education in a business environment.

The Jacobs quality team is looking for qualified candidates to support the Video Quality Audit program. The editor is tasked with editing footage from video quality audits performed by our internal auditors with our contractors in the field. Editors are responsible for but not limited to reviewing completed audits for accuracy, notating any discrepancies or deviations from the proposed scope of work, editing out dead space, meta tagging video files, and uploading to the client's repository for submission by the project manager.

• Candidate must be currently enrolled in at least their junior year at an accredited college preferably in a video editing curriculum.
• Basic understanding of Excel and the .CSV file format is a plus.
• Experience in Filmora editing system is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
