Do you want to be part of the implementation of an efficient, flexible and green strategy for our wind farms? 
 
Join us and become Head of Regional Support in Wind Power Operations UK East where you'll coordinate and manage the delivery of support functions across the UK east coast region, including project and contractor management, technical site supervision, planning/scheduling, offshore coordination and warehouse coordination. 
 
Your key tasks will be to: 
  • support the regional operations management team, led by the Head of Operations UK East, to achieve safety, yield and budget KPIs whilst maximising cross-site synergies 
  • act as a service provider to the regional operations management team by managing all interfaces with the back office with the exception of the OMA business managers 
  • optimise the relationships and the work performed across the various sites to back office links 
  • engage with stakeholder management and optimise the delivery from, and contractual arrangements with, suppliers, third parties and contractors 
  • develop the long-term objectives of the business and ensure business growth by directing operational activities in accordance with the business' organisational strategies. 
 
You'll need to maintain a current understanding of Ørsted Wind Power Operations' Asset Integrity Management Strategy and Policy, performing any resultant activities and ensuring that the policy is understood by those in your direct line organisation. 
 
Your competences include that you 
  • have a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent and experience working in health and safety critical environments 
  • have management and leadership knowledge and experience, ideally within an engineering/utilities business 
  • have experience of strategically coordinating activities and resources 
  • have a collaborative approach and the ability to deliver as an internal service provider to other branches of the execution business 
  • have solid organisational, project and time management skills with stakeholder management experience and are a disciplined completer. 
 
You should be committed to completing the training/certification required to go on offshore visits (via CTVs, SOV or helicopter as required).
