In your first rotation, you'll be part of Construction Management which manages and controls the offshore construction of offshore wind farms and provides offshore services to packages, such as communication, forecasts, work authorisation, vessels, helicopters, offshore accommodation, guard vessels, emergency setup, etc.
 
Your key tasks will be to
  • be a part of the construction and commissioning management team on site
  • manage, plan and coordinate daily activities during the project execution
  • participate in the development of department procedures
  • analyse the execution progress, report on progress and develop mitigation efforts
  • monitor work across packages and coordinate subcontractors.
     
    Your competences include that you
  • graduate before 1 September 2018 with a master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent and have delivered excellent results during your studies
  • speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate efficiently
  • have worked with offshore construction during your studies
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
  • thrive on improving and excel in a constantly changing international environment.

Additional info rmation
You'll be based in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. During the graduate programme rotation, you will, however, be travelling to locations around northern Europe to work on different projects. Each rotation will introduce you to a different location and scope of work.
