Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: experience with Microsoft: Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID
• Resolving Incidents: Resolve highly technical final-escalations problems
• Project: Run Microsoft based projects from start to finish
• Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Do regular updates, fix network problems, and apply patches.
• Help Users: Support staff with any problems using their hardware, software, or Internet.
• Work with the Team: Support the wider 3rd line support team and help with bigger technical problems or projects.
• Documentation: Log issues, how they were fixed, and any system changes.
