Job description
Our client, a large exploration and production organization, is actively seeking an experience Field Instructor to join the team immediately in Greeley, Colorado. This is a 6 month contract that offers a competitive rate, benefits package, and 401k plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Trains new and existing Production Operations and other assigned Field Personnel across all level specific duties in the production environment.
  • These may include inspection, maintenance and testing of production equipment, software applications, and procedures, processes and requirements across all Noble leases and locations.
  • Designs, develops, delivers and/or reviews training materials, templates, developing articles/material for newsletters and artifacts.
  • Designs and develops online learning material included web-base/computer-based learning to include topics, objectives, graphics, online testing, scripting, voice-over and production.
  • Supports piloting new training and delivery of both field-based and academic lessons (testing, exercises, logistical coordination).
  • Trains and demonstrates compliance in all environmental, health, safety and regulatory programs and policies in performance of Instructor duties.
  • Creates end-to-end training solutions with defined business impact and KPI measures.
  • Ensures that training is compliant with current OSHA, State and Company safety/environmental standards, guidance and regulations.

Secondary Duties:
  • Implements industry standard models (ADDIE/ISD) for learning needs analysis, design and program development.
  • Analyzes the business unit's key programs for ongoing gaps, opportunities and improvements in training program design, implementation and evaluation.
  • Develops primary plans, structures and content for assigned training programs.
  • Conducts research to enhance/improve training material content, design and delivery.
  • Utilizes Kirkpatrick methodology to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Consults with key stakeholders and SMEs to identify curriculum revision needs and ensures consistency.
  • Develops media for internal training deliverables:
    • Level duties include: Building training presentations in multiple media including online learning formats, student lessons, instructor guides.

Certification Requirements:
  • 1st Aid/CPR Certified
  • H2S Certified
  • HAZCOM Certified
  • OSHA 40 Hour

Background:
  • Bachelor's degree with one five years of O&G operations/production experience or High school diploma with ten years operational/production O&G experience
  • Previous Production experience required
  • Previous Instructor/Trainer experience strongly preferred
  • CSP or equivalent preferred Experience in Adult Education preferred
  • Experience in Instructional Design preferred
