Buyer leader will demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals/programs/processes for an area or business segment. Has the experience or expertise to solve problems. Able to develop and execute objectives for self and others. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals
Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :
- Build up sourcing strategies for direct materials in line with business need via working closely with global sourcing team and lead DM buyer team to meet sourcing objectives in quality/cost/fulfillment- Coordinate & monitor buyer's daily work ensure PO on-time placement and supplier fulfillment- Enhance metrics for DM buyer team, provide training and support to buyer team with functional knowledge and expertise to ensure team performance- Build up standard cost and drive sourcing plan and forecast for GPB/S2/OP- Lead team on NPI projects- Drive improvement in sourcing processes with continuous review on internal control effectiveness & workflow efficiency, ensure the compliance of company policy and issue solution- People development and coach to improve team's professional skills, knowledge and competence

Qualifications/Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above- 6-8 years of relevant work experience (commercial, sourcing, logistic or supply chain), >3 years in manager position- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills- Strategic thinker with proven negotiation skills- Strong quantitative and analytical skills- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills- Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment and in a matrix organization- Ability to influence leaders and individuals across organization levels; manage effectively in ambiguous situations.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and/or initiatives simultaneously- Strong work ethic & self starter with proven ability to lead across functions- Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality

Desired Characteristics :
- Major in Technology, Engineer, Business admin or Economic- Prefer minimum 2 years experience in Sourcing functions and more than 2 years of commercial, sourcing logistic or supply chain experience- Experienced with principles and procedures related to contract terms and conditions- Be able to travel- Strong leadership skills- Knowledge of the Energy business and organization- Experience with Oracle- Excellent proficiency with office computer applications i.e. Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
