Department Overview

CRESS provides real estate and facility managementservices for the company. We establish policy and standards for the entire Company's real estate portfolio, and delegate the responsibility to manage and operate some of the facilities to certain lines of business. CRESS directly manages and operates nearly 7million square feet of common-use facilities throughout the service territory, including offices buildings, customer service offices, contact centers, service centers, RMC's, conference centers, and the San Francisco headquarters


Provides analysis and support for lease administration and financial reporting. Manages, monitors, and reports the status of lease renewals/terminations, and rent commencements, increases, and options. Facilitates commission invoicing, tracking, andthe closure process for lease administration. Responds and resolves inquiries and requests regarding real estate transactions including coordination with various PG&E's lines of business and departments.


- Bachelor's(BA/BS) degree in Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Ten (10) years of experience within corporate real estate transactions and lease administration

- A real estatebroker's license, Certified commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation is desirable
- Experience with corporate real estate transaction administration and management
- Experience with financial forecasting,modeling, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with capital budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate real estate transaction agreements, negotiations, and lease management
- Ability to develop and monitorstrategic projects and initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously and oversee projects from conception to implementation
- Ability to build and maintain relationships within various levels of management, leadership, andpersonnel within PG&E and external affiliations, vendors, contractors, and organizations
- Ability to review various data analysis, models, and metrics and provide resolutions to root cause effects and business impacts
- Ability to generate effectiveresults and deliverables within dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments

- Responsible for managing PG&E's day-to-day brokerage and lease administration relationship.
- Sets and monitors key performance indicators of internal process andbrokerage performance.
Responsible for developing and managing PG&E's lease vs. own strategy.
- Collaborates with CRE Program Managers and other leaders to make transaction recommendations on approved real estate projects.
-Responsible forensuring financial and legal review requirements are fully met for all transactions.
- Reviews, tracks, and updates status of transaction activities with key stakeholders.
- Ensures all departmental processes and standards adhere and comply with allfederal, state, and local regulatory guidelines.
- Develops recommendations and implements corrective actions to resolve financial discrepancies found within real estate transactions.
- Responds to and resolves escalated inquiries and requests regarding real estate transactions
