The company is currently embarking on an ambitious program to explore, develop, and produce from the Unconventional Resources fields. The anticipated expansion will facilitate the development of unconventional resources industries that capture higher value for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As the successful candidate you will provide a high level of professional assistance, advice and guidance in the development and utilization of new and existing IT systems and enterprise solutions. You will lead projects or work independently on complex assignments, originate solutions to recurring problems, recommend and participate in feasibility or cost studies, and propose alternatives for meeting forecasted workloads based on extensive knowledge of current and long-range trends in computer technology, systems applications and overall computing infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or Physical Sciences.

Ten years of broad-based Information Technology experience and technical knowledge preferably gained while working in a multi-national environment associated with the oil and gas industry.

Business intelligence analytics experience on enterprise systems like SAP and Oracle.

Experience working in SAP Supply Chain Finance.

Experience working in an Oracle Environment, preferred Primavera Integrated Well Delivery Solution, and Integration with SAP.

The candidate is expected to have a project management experience and be capable of communicating effectively, both orally and written, in English.

Demonstrated abilities in problem analysis and resolution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze UR business processes to determine Information Technology requirements.

Diagnose and resolve systems operational problems to ensure system availability.

Work with organizations at all levels (i.e. IT, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to maintain an overall management information system, which is the primary source from which information is gathered for policy and decision making at the Unconventional level.

Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems.

Be able to successfully lead complex projects or programs, applying Project Management methodologies, and being capable of reporting project status to leadership.

Conduct feasibility studies and prepare feasibility reports.

Conduct stakeout studies and prepare project proposal reports.

Act as interface in the design and implementation phases of business systems and provide support to the department client.

Prepare user manuals and associated documentation resulting from IT system implementation.

Prepare conversion plan and user installation plan for applicable organizations.

Provide the support, advice and business procedures necessary to maintain the integrity of data that originates within department business organizations.

Provide training to operational and staff personnel to maximize the effectiveness of business systems within the assigned department.

Be able to mentor young professionals.
