Join us as graduate in Wind Turbines Engineering which is the key knowledge-hub for technical knowledge and resources for our wind turbines and related services. You will rotate between the following three departments and work towards the same subject matter from different angles; The Measurements department works with metocean, load measurements and power curve verification. The Energy Yield Assessment department works with modelling annual energy production on our wind farms. The WTG Mechanical department works with all matters related to design and verification of mechanical components in Wind Turbine Generators.  
In Wind Power, we build, develop and operate wind farms in Northern Europe to produce cleaner, more reliable energy without compromising on the safety of our employees or the environment. We are responsible for more than a third of the world's offshore wind capacity, and we will be able to supply clean power to 16 million Europeans by 2020. 
You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work.
The graduate programme
As a graduate, you will be part of a structured two-year training programme that will make a difference in your future career. Moreover, you will acquire extensive practical experience and business insight, while expanding your toolbox and accelerating your personal development.
During the graduate programme, you will be assigned to a business unit or a staff function in our international company. You will have the opportunity to rotate within different departments in the business and have different tasks and responsibilities during your rotations. Moreover, you will have the chance to utilise your professional competences on specific tasks and at the same time build up a wide network across the organisation. You will also learn about our business and strategy, while strengthening your problem-solving and team-working skills, your personal competences and your ability to handle changes.
Your key tasks will be to 
  • assist in conducting power curve verification campaigns on our wind farms 
  • work with modelling of wind farm annual energy production for specific sites 
  • build an understanding of and participate in work that are related to blade leading edge degradation 
  • build an in-depth knowledge of how to assess blade leading edge degradation and the effects on modelling of annual energy production 
  • assist in development of methodologies for testing effects of leading edge degradation on power curve performance. 
Your qualifications and core competences include that you 
  • have graduated with a master's degree within wind energy, mechanical engineering or similar combining a deep engineering knowledge with modelling skills within the past year and have delivered excellent results 
  • speak and write English fluently 
  • are keen to develop within an ambitious and dynamic organisation and have a strong personal drive and a high learning capacity 
  • have a strong analytical approach and enjoy taking responsibility 
  • have the ability to adapt yourself to an ever-changing environment and enjoy meeting and working with new people. 
In addition, you will have less than 12 months of relevant working experience.
