Jacobs, Oakland, CA has an opportunity for a Project Manager - EV Charging Stations. This position will be based onsite either in Concord or San Francisco.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with the Project Delivery Team to mitigate risks and resolve issues

• Facilitate planning and pre-construction activities in preparation for mobilization

• Manage cost, schedule, quality and scope of each assigned project.

• Manage responses to construction contractor request for information (RFI), potential change orders (PCO), and change order requests (COR).

• Manage all post-construction activities, including payments, as-built drawings, and overall closeout

• Ensure projects are following EVSE established processes

• Develop and maintain each project risk register, and document lessons learned.

• Meet with PG&E customers as required.

• Manage a team of Project Engineers to support the program PM activities.

• Work with assigned Scheduler to use P6 to create and manage project schedules.

• Advance business processes and formally communicate with EPC contractors.

• Bachelors of Science degree (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering preferred) from an accredited university/college.

• Minimum of five years' experience in managing projects and diverse project teams.

• Two years' experience in the electric utility technology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven business acumen with regard to budgeting, tracking and trending project costs.

• Solid understanding of project scheduling.
