A leading Manufacturer are urgently looking for an NPI Quality Engineer to provide Quality Assurance support within Design and Development team at their R&D Facility.

This role is an amazing opportunity to work on multiple projects but mainly focused on developing quality processes on the new products. The key to this role is to pre-empt any quality issues that may arise from the initial concept stages through to the end product; which includes the manufacturing processes. You will also be required to provide training and support to operations based functions in-support of NPI, analysis of inspection data along with recommendations for design, process or procedural improvements.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years within a quality engineering role
  • Demonstrated proficiency utilising problem solving tools (FMEA, DOE, SPC etc)
  • Strong statistical analysis skills or Six Sigma experience
