Our client, a Multanational Engineering Company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to be based on their facility in San Jose, Costa Rica. This is a permanent position for locals or work visa holders only.

  • Plan the work routine of the technicians under your supervision;
  • Monitor the work assigned to the technicians, based on the reports provided;
  • Provide technical assistance to staff on request;
  • Train staff on site, giving feedback and correcting missed tasks correctly;
  • Review weekly the reports from the system and third parties contractors;
  • Validate budget requests issued by the call center, before they are sent to the Commercial area;
  • Check the spare parts requested by the technicians;
  • Attend and advise, in a personalized way, the clients regarding their needs, concerns and expectations;
  • Comply with the number of inspections assigned by the Safety Area;
  • Distribute accident reports and safety alerts among your technicians, ensuring the notification and full understanding of the contents thereof.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Post-grad in Maintenance Engineering (preferable);
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience in the Construction sector;

Nuestro cliente, una empresa de ingenieria multinacional esta buscando un supervisor de mantenimiento que se basara en su instalacion en San Jose, Costa Rica. Esta es una posicion permanente para lugareños o titulares de visa de trabajo solamente.

  • Planifique la rutina de trabajo de los tecnicos bajo su supervision;
  • Supervisar el trabajo asignado a los tecnicos, sobre la base de los informes proporcionados;
  • Prestar asistencia tecnica al personal que lo solicite;
  • Capacitar al personal en el sitio, dar retroalimentacion y corregir las tareas perdidas correctamente;
  • Revisar semanalmente los informes del sistema y los contratistas de terceros;
  • Validar solicitudes presupuestarias emitidas por el centro de llamadas, antes de ser enviadas al area Comercial;
  • Comprobar las piezas de repuesto solicitadas por los tecnicos;
  • Asistir y asesorar, de manera personalizada, a los clientes en cuanto a sus necesidades, inquietudes y expectativas;
  • Cumplir con el numero de inspecciones asignadas por el Área de Seguridad;
  • Distribuya los informes de accidentes y alertas de seguridad entre sus tecnicos, asegurando la notificacion y la plena comprension de su contenido.

Calificaciones y Experiencia Requeridas:
  • Licenciatura en Ingenieria Mecanica;
  • Postgrado en Ingenieria de Mantenimiento (preferible);
  • Ingles avanzado;
  • Experiencia en el sector de la Construccion;
