Tasks performed by an Operations Supervisors are to be completed without direct supervision, in accordance with company policy, product line operational requirements and industry standards. Operations Supervisors may have direct reports, including the responsibility to complete applicable employee performance evaluations and progression planning. They work closely with field operations and shop management; although this role does not regularly work in the field they may participate in field operations during high profile/speciality projects. They are responsible for overall service delivery in regards to safety and quality; including but not limited to job planning, performing regular field visits, process audits, delivering and monitoring reports, scheduling crews and equipment, ensuring each job operates with a competent crew and reliable equipment.
1Duties & RESPONSIBILITIES:  (Not Listed In Any Particular Order)
1.1Responsible to fulfil project documentation, equipment plans, equipment and crew selection, in accordance with the OCP and Operational Risk Management requirements.
1.2Participate, plan and may lead, the pre/post job meetings, planning and identifying equipment and crews for project requirements.
1.3Select appropriate equipment for projects with the shop supervisor and/or crew lead assigned to the project. Ensure equipment certificates are available, and collect certifications as required.
1.4Work with crew lead to gather job program information and ensure all equipment and operation documentation is available to take to location.
1.5Mentor and supervise crew; evaluate individual crew members and report as required.
1.6Coordinate crew's training, certification and competence levels and schedule accordingly.
1.7Coordinate equipment load out, oversee and verify pre-deployment checks for equipment, tools and parts.
1.8Coordinate and assist the crew lead to perform operations, when required, and provide guidance to crews during troubleshooting of equipment and process.
1.9Verify job report, field tickets, and additional costs for equipment and 3 rd party requirements, as per client needs.  Confirm WPTS & HSE records are completed by field operations staff.
1.10Initiate and/or participate during the MOC process and lead investigations as required; RCA, CPAR, NCR, OFI, etc.
1.11Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPI) as per PL and corporate objectives. Support management during implementation of new products and systems.
1.12Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair work as required; document and recommend improvements of operational procedures and/or equipment to management and technical product line representatives, as required.
1.13Communicate with the crew and client regularly regarding job program and operational parameters.
1.14Provide technical and sales support to clients, as required; and assist with composing well reports and real results for each operation.
1.15Participate and/or arrange audits; base audits and regular site visits to ensure compliance with OCP and local regulations.
1.16May be selected to participate on the PL Technical Work Instruction Committee (TWIC).
1.17May be selected to take assessor training and perform competence assessments, as per WFT Competence Program.
1.18Responsible for good housekeeping and cleanliness on location and in the workshop.
1.19Operate company vehicle according to the Weatherford Driver and Vehicle Safety Policy.
1.20Participate in company training program, enroll and complete courses and competence assigned.
1.21Maintain clear and professional communications with all crewmembers and company representatives.
1.22Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. And, perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
