  • AP, AR, GL
    • Checking vendor bills, supporting documents and procurement contracts/POs
    • Conduct T&E expense report audit
    • Booking invoices in SAP accurately and timely, ensure invoices are approved by authorizers according to Limit of Authority
    • Process payments to vendors and employees (reimbursement) twice a month
    • Fixed asset budgeting, capitalization in SAP
    • Conduct corresponding closing steps under US and China GAAP timely and accurately
    • Prepare monthly financial statements and related reports, including account reconciliations after month close
  • Support monthly tax declaration, annual CIT filing and Tax Survey. Keep good communication with Tax bureau
  • Work closely with Project Management team, issue VAT Fapiao to customers and provide updates on the cash collections
  • Manage cash and deposit based on the updated cash flow forecast
  • Accounting documents filing
  • Support finance manager to provide management reports to different departments
  • Supporting internal audit and yearly statutory audit
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by manager


Job Requirements
  • 5+ years' working experience in Accounting, Tax or other related areas
  • College degree, major in Finance, Accounting or related areas
  • Working experience in multinational company preferred
  • Experience with SAP system preferred
  • Accountant qualification preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility and high teamwork spirit
  • Tax related experience
  • Good command of English
