ERP Pillar strategy alignment this position will lead key initiatives in developing the strategies to align the MYA IT process with the New SAP platform (PowerMax), this position will oversee the program execution till completion. New Rev Rec standard (606) implementation this position will lead the program execution for the new accounting standard for Revenue Recognition ("606").

Essential Responsibilities

Principal Software Program Manager - ERP and 606 will:
  • Understand current state and future state of MYA processes across multiple functions (e.g. catalog, ITO / OTR modeling)
  • Work with the PowerMax ERP design team to define the further design in order to bring the CSA contracts onto the new SAP platform
  • Work with the PowerMax ERP implementation team to define the execution timeline, this includes the sunset of legacy MYA applications and migration plan to PowerMax

606 implementation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop IT system change plans to operationalize required changes to ensure 606-Rev Rec compliance
  • Lead multiple IT teams to execute the implementation plan till completion
  • Manage communication process with business leadership and headquarters


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience along with established leadership across the discipline and function

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • ITLP Graduate / CAS graduate (GE internal)
  • ERP implementation experiences
  • Knowledge of both information technology & business financials

  • Demonstrated abilities to function in team environment as both a leader and member
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex IT & financial issues
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, ability to adapt to ever changing priorities

  • Knowledge of Change Acceleration Process (CAP)
