npower are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our B2B Change team on a contract day rate basis. This role will be based in our Solihull office.

Role description

A great opportunity to join the Strategic telephony project, as the lead Project Manager for the Business to Business segment, at npower. You will be working with sponsors, stakeholders, project governance structures and solution providers as appropriate, as well as third party suppliers. As the Project Manager, you will assist the Business in identifying change and will co-ordinate and manage the delivery of change through the entire lifecycle from idea generation through delivery to successful handover of benefits realisation capability to scheme / benefits owner.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate must be/have:

Good Stakeholder Management and Interpersonal Skills

PRINCE 2 Practitioner with experience of using the methodology to manage projects

Experience of working across different disciplines

Experience of project related problem solving within a complex business environment

Experience of successfully managing projects through the full project life cycle

Experience of handling conflicting demands, prioritising workloads and delegating effectively in order to deliver
