Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Perform Vendor Responsibility reviews on contractors and consultants

• Assistance with other Division office management functions

• Providing customer service to the general public and internal staff

• Requires strong written and oral communication, and research /analysis abilities

• Work may include the review of contract related documentation to ensure compliance to policies and procedures
• 2+ years of prior administrative experience, construction experience required

• Accounting experience required

• Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
