The GE Power Digital Engineering Integration & Optimization Team provides business operational support for multiple GE Business Units with focus on the Power organization. These important positions manage the Digital Engineering > $130MM annual multifaceted operational budget (Program Investment & Expense and Sustaining/Run/Support) with the team's Global Program Managers.

Essential Responsibilities

Digital Engineering Business Operations Pole Leader will:
  • Manage Projects that improve the efficiency of the business operations of the organization
  • Analyze current processes and systems to identify and execute on opportunities for simplification
  • Provide operational support to Program Managers within Power Digital Engineering
  • Provide operation support to Leadership in Power Digital Engineering
  • Interpret financial data and build relationships with multiple finance contacts within the Power business
  • Build cross-functional relationships throughout organization
  • Identify and resolve gaps in understanding and deliver training sessions
  • Manage a small team of supporting contractors
  • Manage the overall annual budgeting (S2) process with numerous moving parts
  • Leverage analytics to identify pacing concerns and cost out opportunities
  • Focus on the legacy organization structures and identify and synergize process opportunities
  • Current process integrations to align as one unit for tracking and reporting
  • Ensure best of breed for the future state model


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited college university OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum o f 3 years experience in Information Systems experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
