The Reliability Maintenance Manager will direct the Facility Centered Maintenance organization to install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment.

Essential Responsibilities

The Reliability Maintenance Manager will utilize a Centered Maintenance program to schedule the routine maintenance repairs in a chemical facility.

In addition, you will:
  • Supervise and Upgrade technical knowledge of a multi-craft work force of Mechanics, Instrument technicians and contractors to perform Preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs
  • Executes the Polymer Outage Strategy to perform annual Maintenance and increase equipment reliability
  • Maximize utilization of SAP as the maintenance database for Bill of Materials, Planning, Scheduling, Spare parts management, Mechanical integrity data and Cost management
  • Establish the Reliability Philosophy for rotating equipment PM's, vibration analysis, oil analysis, pump rotation programs, etc.
  • Establish thermographic surveys, Electrical and automation equipment inspections and repairs
  • Implement data capturing for Process Safety Information, and define Safety/Environmental critical PM's
  • Establish KPI's, maintenance procedures and policies to ensure the Centered Maintenance program is measurable, effective and sustainable
  • Manage facility sustainability projects such as corrosion under insulation, painting and insulation programs
  • Updates Process safety information data management and MOC systems as repairs and replacements are made


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Facility Management in a manufacturing environment which includes a minimum of 5 years experience in a Centered Maintenance Organization
