We are looking for a new team member for our Rocky Mountain structural group in our Denver, CO office. Selected individual will manage structural tasks on projects involving the design of various bridge types as well as miscellaneous civil structures, and develop related plans and specifications. Typical work includes but is not limited to the following:

• Planning, managing and the design of structural projects including bridges, retaining walls, foundations, as well as other structures. General understanding of geotechnical engineering evaluations is a plus.

• Acts as part of a team of professionals on multiple projects.

• Ability to identify and solve design and construction challenges is required.

• Interacts with team members on the project and assists in the coordination of work among engineers and detailers. Strong organizational, interpersonal and effective communications skills are required.

• Preliminary and construction cost estimating. Provides input on the selection of cost-efficient bridges and other structural systems.

• Design-build experience on pursuits and delivery, working with the contractor is a plus

• Bachelors of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering is required

• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering strongly preferred.

• Registration as a PE is required.

• Minimum 8 years of bridge design experience required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

• Ability to organize and manage several tasks/projects ongoing at the same time.
