Interface with WEC China Engineering organization to handle training assignments in Atlas as per management direction. Also perform periodic trending of training compliance. Support creating Purchase Requistions and Purchase Orders for non-project oriented supply chain procurements. CAPAL Issue Reports/Trends.
Act as the Engineering Aide to OPB Engineering team (team size:71).
•    Provide general support to Engineering Manager (Expenses/Calendar management, reports etc.)
•    Provide support to engineering team in the day to day office operations.
•    Track respond and follow-up results of business activities requested by engineering manager.
•    Bilingual Interpretation (English-Chinese) at meetings
•    Translation of project documents if needed
•    Arrangement of staff travel. e.g. verify flight bookings, visa applications, hotel reservations, transport arrangements for Westinghouse personnel
•    New staff office orientation.
•    Other duties as required by Engineering Manager.
