Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.

Essential Responsibilities

The FS Planning Manager demonstrates leadership in planning and follow up Outage Execution aligned with business targets, and processes for the different services areas. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, coordinate different teams, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
• Participate in development, Job Cost Estimation, Planning Outage Milestones, Quality Control Plans and critical process ensuring outage compliance with the Regional and Global Guidelines.
• Continuous improvement and implementation of new Planning/Execution Strategies aligned with the global initiatives.
• Work with CFM/CPM/OM/TFA's (Execution Team) and Productivity Team in regards of identification of the outage scope where productivity programs will be implemented.
• Act as the interface with various internal stakeholders such as Commercial, Sales engineering, sourcing, affiliates, risk, parts, and repairs to engage them in the utilization of the Planning/Execution Outages programs.
• Implement operation safety policy instructions and conduct fieldwork in compliance with all EHS applicable regulations and employee safety practices.
• Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance
• Support region to drive fulfillment 5 excellence including: EHS, Quality, Schedule, Productivity and Cost at assigned customer sites.


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• At least 3 additional years of experience outage planning and execution
