Sales Supply Chain Planning Integrated Business Planning
You will join the Integrated Business Planning team in Vestas Supply Chain Planning. We have two main objectives within our team: We own and facilitate the Global S&OP process for Vestas and we own the global manufacturing footprint. Your responsibility will be to play a key role in reducing the Levelised Cost of Energy for Vestas through optimizing our tactical and strategic forecast and by improving and optimizing our Manufacturing Footprint.

The main responsibilities will include:
  • Perform and drive scenarios, simulations and business cases to secure a continuous optimization of Vestas activity level and delivery plans
  • Prepare data, analysis and reporting for monthly pre-S&OP meetings and Executive S&OP meetings
  • Optimize and create transparency around long term capacity utilization, manufacturing footprint and -Supply Chain readiness and bottlenecks
  • Supply chain analyses and management reporting
  • Create and secure end-to end value chain transparency around supply chain performance.

We expect candidates to have a relevant master degree within Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent and 0-5 years of relevant experience - preferably from a larger manufacturing company.

  • Strong analytical skills - working with data and analytics is one of your core competences
  • Excellent Performance Management understanding and experience
  • Strong IT skills (databases, Excel)
  • Good understanding of general logic and structure of ERP and BI systems
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a simple and transparent manner
  • Ability to navigate in the environment of management, project and functional stakeholders with separate agendas
  • Desire and ability to operate in a complex Supply Chain
