Driven by increasing demand for our services and an expanding portfolio of multi-million dollar projects, we seek talented Associate Directors, with significant relevant experience, to join our busy, vibrant team based in Toronto, ON.

We help our clients to succeed by solving their toughest problems. Our consultants play a vital role in delivering these solutions, and need to display high levels of analytical rigour alongside tenacity, agility, and organizational skills on a daily basis.

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of technical reports for public and/or private client work

• Work on small to medium-sized projects in area such as: strategy development, due diligence, risk appraisal, project monitoring, demand, revenue and cost modeling, performance modeling, business case and economic appraisal

• Actively assist project manager in the preparation of proposals and marketing to win new projects for LeighFisher.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, architecture, or related field

• Have an awareness of and practical experience in one or more related sectors (e.g. rail, aviation, ports and waterways, highways and toll roads, social infrastructure)

• Be able to demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities and familiarity with analytical frameworks

• Have an awareness in one or multiple industry standards (e.g. design and build standards, maintenance standards, asset management standards, contract standards)

• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients

• Collaborative and team-oriented as well as highly resourceful and self-directed.
