Within the EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, we have an opportunity for a Graduate to join the team as a Recruiter to partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Leads to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet the recruitment demand for various business lines. This role will be based in our Glasgow office.

As a recruiter your key responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and building strong relationships with internal hiring managers to gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of job specifications and selling points.
  • Utilising search engines, job boards, Linkedin and social media channels to source candidates.
  • Undertaking direct sourcing techniques to approach top talent within the marketplace.
  • Screening candidates to determine fit for position and company.
  • Providing hiring manger's with candidate summary for review.
  • Building strong candidate pipelines for a wide range of job opportunities.
  • Conducting market research to gain a thorough understanding of the marketplace to attract top talent.
  • Proactively develop and cultivate relationships with key potential candidates for specific talent pools.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and screening process via our the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Supporting recruitment events when required.
  • Adhoc activities as requested.

Key requirements include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant subject.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding work load.
  • Can multi tasker in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to converse at all levels.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • A proactive individual and team player.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous work experience in an HR/recruitment environment.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
