Role synopsis
This role will involve the development and support of processes and systems for strategic sourcing. The provision of eSourcing support for users and suppliers Including eAuction and eSourcing initiative and act as a liaison between business partners and suppliers. Manage the RFx process utilizing ARIBA: event set up, messaging board management, scoring and evaluation, response administration. The role includes providing ARIBA user activity and coaching to new users.

Key accountabilities
This role will involve Contract maintenance activities that underpin the Indirect Procurement function. Management and delivery of high volume, quick turnaround transactional activity. This work includes; PO Amendment, Statements of Work, Agreement Amendments for low risk and $ value documentation. The role includes transaction level understanding of the local business and outcomes engaging internal customers understanding options and risks associated with Supply Chain activities.

P2P Transactional co-ordination support

Pay term, price Validations

Compliance to Legal, Financial and HSSE standards

Manage administrative approval process, including Buyers, Suppliers and approvers

Document drafting including Orders Documents

Draft amendments and change request utilizing standard template

Understand systems and processes to manage day to day activities

Timely and accurate update of the Case Management systems

Provide administrative support and standard or customized contract templates

Develop stakeholder (customer and supplier) management skills including regular communication tactics

Effectively represent IP to the business and suppliers

Take ownership and accountability for delivery of high volume, quick turnaround on transactional activity

Essential Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline or related field

Essential experience and job requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a Procurement Supply Chain Management (PSCM) environment.

Able to work in UK & US shift

Proficiency in Office software

Excellent verbal and written plain English skills

An ability to digest, comprehend and act fast with given information

Ability to work at a detailed level on repeatable activities

Influencing and problem solving skills

An ability to operate methodically including process adherence

Customer orientation with confidence and ability to follow up on pending work from business partners

Proficient desktop computing experience - an ability to learn PSCM applications including ARIBA, SAP and Salesforce

Proficiency in Office software

Manage volume activities to deliver against timelines
