Provide engineering support and solutions to several Gamesa internal and external clients in order to satisfy client's needs and ensure Gamesa objectives.

Main Functions

Resolve technical problems and questions from clients or sales department.
Project management of product development and technical marketing projects. Includes management of consultants performing contract work.
Production of materials to support the sale and marketing of Gamesa Wind Turbines.
Technical support of sales department in the negotiation of new projects.
Analyze the technical content of new contracts and tenders for new wind farms to find out deviations and potential risks between product requested and product available.
Technical negotiation with the client during project development after close of the contract..
Support Product Management activities by assessing and reporting on the technology demands of the market..
Support Due Diligence reporting by Independent Engineering firms.
Development of training material and provide training for sales team and others.
Resolve construction issues such as foundation design approvals and change proposals from the client.
Manage site assessment . electrical and grid connection technical support.
Manage foundation and mechanical technical support.
Resolve technical issues born from interpretation of national and international standards.
Project management of wind farm Power Curve Tests.
Act as liaison between Gamesa and the client, utilities, local authorities, and governmental departments.
Technical and procedural support and direction to the rest of the engineers based on the company and department strategy.
Solve critical problems and provide directions to come up with solutions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
