As the Template & Integration Architect you are responsible for working on multiple projects as a project leader or internal consultant. You will work on projects for components of the PowerMax SAP application supporting the Gas Power, Steam Power and Power Services buinesses.

Essential Responsibilities

The Template & Integration Architect will:
  • Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to application solution design.
  • Assist in the analysis, design and development of appropriate functional solution roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements at project level by attending workshops, participating in group discussions and meeting 1:1 with relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in the PowerMax governance model.
  • Support the development and delivery of reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
  • Develop a close relationship with designated partners in the Gas, Steam Power and Power Services Process Excellence teams.
  • Provide SAP solution guidance across multiple functional modules or domains.
  • Collaborate with dedicated functional CoE teams to bring in their specialized knowledge as needed.
  • Preserve the integrity of the ERP environment by ensuring that proposed functional and technical designs do not conflict with existing functionality or implemented solutions.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in ERP/Enterprise Applications OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience in ERP/Enterprise Applications OR PhD with 3 years of experience in ERP/Enterprise Applications
