A prestigious property and facilities management company is keen to appoint an EHS & Risk Lead to manage the EHS strategy for a pharmaceutical organisation. You will be responsible for leading interaction between the Client's existing teams as well ensuring business wide adoption of the appropriate HSE Compliance strategy in line with company policy and process. This position operates across both managerial and operational levels across EMEA

The Role:

Develop, implement, manage and review the account specific QHSE business plan in line with the Group strategic QHSE plan
Liaise with business line leaders and customers to ensure expectations are understood and delivered
Provide guidance and oversight to the Global Account Technical/Statutory Governance teams
Establish collaborative 'working partnerships' within the customer base to facilitate the achievement of consistency in best working practice
Compile appropriate performance reports for the business/work stream and maintain performance monitoring, analysis and review to drive improvements

The Candidate:

CMIOSH and NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) or related Degree
Formal Environmental qualification
Strong experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (or PES)
Management experience
Pharmaceutical/regulated working experience advantageous
Facilities Management experience
