We are looking for candidates for the position of IS SAP HR Business Analyst. Hired person will be responsible for ensuring the correct operational functionality of SAP HR module and external applications, the effective and efficient coordination of requested and approved changes, and supporting the proper use of the systems in the business.

- Create the Business Blueprint (BBP) - detailed process design and mapping to solutions, based on design from the IS BP, and perform the effort estimation;
- Perform final validation of a solution before submission to requester to run the User Acceptance Test;
- Provide the support (incident/ problem resolution) to assure the stable flow of business processes;
- Review service requests placed by the business (key users and end users) and verify the alignment with the application architecture and specifications;
- Consult and meet with key users regarding new functionality in applications;
- Place new and/or enhanced functionality to the disposal of users;
- To be only one SPOC for HR and employees;
- Support of local payroll and testing;
- Organizational structure coordination for 3800 employees;
- HR Group Tools data and interface maintenance.

- University Degree;
- General knowledge and understanding of the SAP HR functionalities;
- Specific experience in implementations of SAP HR module (1 year) or being a Key User of SAP HR (2 years);
- Good knowledge and understanding of Polish labor law and legislations;
- Good command of English and Polish;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Clear and transparent communication to the variety of stakeholders;
- Manage high pressure situations in peak times;
- Flexibility in working hours in peak times;
- Technical integration with other processes;
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
