Position is part of a group the supports customers and operations. You will be part of a team which their main focus is to give the best support to the customers as possible.

  • Provide industry leading customer service.
  • Focus on support for the Drill Bits product line.
  • Assist with developing solutions for day to day issues.
  • Handle special projects as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 years of previous customer service experience in an industrial setting
  • Ability to work under time constraints while handling multiple job tasks
  • Previous experience in computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Prior experience utilizing Microsoft office
  • Previous data entry experience
  • 1 or more years of experience utilizing SAP
• Willingness to work overtime as required
