  • • Rental Tool Equipment and Cable Reconciliation for ALS, Central, Rockies and West Coast Areas within Artificial Lift Systems North America - North.
  • • Manage, Coordinate the Rental Tool Asset Retirement/Reconciliation Process with Daily, weekly and Monthly activities, with a focus on timeliness, accuracy and compliance with Baker Hughes Policies and Procedures
  • • Interface with various departments while reconciling rental tool items, ensuring processes are being followed
  • • Work independently, and in cross functional teams, departments
  • Perform assigned reporting and administrative duties as required
  • AP Workflow
  • Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values

• Financial background
• Working knowledge of SAP, Order Administration and Material Management preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective Communicator
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel proficient

• Bachelor degree in finance or business management preferred
• Experience with SAP Material Management
• Knowledge of UCC1, UCC3 filing
• Oil and Gas background helpful


  • T his position will require minimal travel as dictated by business need
  • Candidates chosen for this req will be salaried but need to be willing to work as many hours as it takes to complete jobs as business need increases
