As our Executive Leader, System Integrators you will l be accountable for driving rigor, discipline and executive level output across all identified business development efforts for Digital Power Solutions business Organization.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Chief Operating Officer to define and drive an external business growth strategy for commercial expansion, across both GTM and technical partners - both internally and externally.
  • Deliver market insight by identifying trends, competitor positions and emerging themes globally and regionally.
  • Cultivate and foster an open ecosystem model to drive a technology interop and exchange that yields and best of bread operating model for technology partners to contribute their capabilities to our software solutions strategy.

  • You'll drive and lead a partner team focused on GTM growth with Sis, ISV's, OEM analytic companies, as well as across academia and industry.
  • You will be accountable for building scalable partner franchise models driving both sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Work closely with GE Ventures, and GE Digital and outbound teams to scan the ecosystem and drive new growth partnerships.
  • Act as a solutions architect to define new product and service offerings based on the SW portfolio leveraging the learnings from field and our partners.


  • 10+ years industry experience working with SI's, ISVs to set up profitable growth franchises.

  • Experience working in a cloud based software environment navigating complex enterprise companies is a must.
  • Domain expertise having worked with System Integrators in the Power and Utilities space.
