The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) is required to deliver various Change elements in support of the implementation of Jacobs IT projects.

• Delivery of the change management activities including the design, development and implementation of change management deliverables

• Working closely and collaboratively with business process and other change management resources

• Working collaboratively with the functional teams i.e. Operations, Finance, HR and IT to identify and understand the scope and scale of business impacts resulting from the changes being introduced

• Working closely and collaboratively with the relevant Project Managers including reporting, wider stakeholder communications and managing internal stakeholder expectations at all levels and global geographies in Jacobs

• Develop and manage consistent delivery of effective project Change Management Plans

• Develop comprehensive ways of leading the change effort through all stages of the project lifecycle, with particular reference to identifying, investigating and resolving project risks

• Ensure adherence to change management plans

• Develop and deploy solutions that are aligned with the Change Management methodology in relation to business engagement, communications, education and training and business readiness to ensure that staff at all levels of the organization adequately understand and are prepared for the changes

• Ensure change management risks are included as appropriate in the Risk Management Plan

• Manage time, cost, scope, issues, risks and quality components of change management tasks

• Manage and assess impact of any potential scope changes
• Well-developed oral and written communication, influencing and facilitation skills as well as an ability to engage with Jacobs senior managers.

• Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and management

• Ability to utilize a variety of change management methodologies to suit project change management requirements

• Experience in developing practical Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications and Training strategies and implementation plans

• Experience in identifying strategic and operational change impacts and putting in place measures to minimize adverse impacts to the business

• Ability to understand and support business process management, improvement and design

• Ability to drive change sensitively in a global environment
