In the Global Recruiting Service team you are the expert in recruitment and are able to lead and support the hiring manager in the entire end-to-end recruiting process, such as defining job requirements, preparation and placing of job advertisements and the handling of applicant management. You work closely with the hiring manager to define the job requirements and sourcing strategy and you will make confident and informed selection decisions through CV screening and an initial telephone interview.
To enable you to bring the best talent into E.ON we will provide you with the training, tools and techniques for you to test the aptitude of candidates, build networks of talent, utilize talent pools and actively source candidates on the external market.
You will become an expert in recruiting and get to know the E.ON business, strategy and values to be the first point of contact for your line managers or applicants throughout the recruitment process.
There will be opportunities to further your knowledge and development by supporting the wider Global Recruiting Services teams in projects to continually improving our service.

  • Previous experience of recruiting within the UK
  • Professional experience or previous interest in recruiting (e.g. internships, work as a student, final thesis or similar)
  • Fluent in English, preferably as a first language. Other European Languages are an advantage
  • Digitally minded and creative in solving problems
  • Highly motivated with good business acumen
  • Excellent communication and consultancy skills, team spirit and strong customer service orientation
  • High intercultural awareness and engaged to work in international teams
  • Willingness to accept occasional business trips
