This opportunity is perfect for a SHE practitioner looking to advance in their career with a company who are big into training and developing their staff. You will be working for a £250m+ multidiscipline principal contractor across a variation of construction projects, primarily located in London and the South of England. The projects will differ and all have their own challenges which lead this to be an exciting position, projects include new builds across the educational, healthcare and commercial industries as well as utility/water mains works and finally the construction of wind farms. Due to the diverse nature of the projects previous construction experience is essential.

The Role:

Build rapport with site teams and be able to support them with advice on HSE matters
Promote continuous improvement of the companies Health and Safety culture
Assist in the investigation and reporting of incidents
Offer your expertise in the preparation of Construction Phase H&S plans
Work with the wider SHEQ team to ensure effective communication and best practice

The Candidate:

Previous experience of working in a SHEQ role within construction
NEBOSH General Certificate (Construction preferred)
Strong communicational skills
Driving license - this position will involve travel
