As the Product Line Finance Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting PL team in critical analysis and understanding of the financial performance of Power Services - Product Lines. Provide financial support for regions/functions by performing financial results, reviews, planning and forecasting of the financials, participating in assigned projects, and providing financial solutions & budget controls.

Essential Responsibilities

Support PL and finance leadership team in analysis and communication of PS financial results as relates to F and H fleet on a global basis
• Develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals
• Be responsible for work that is less defined in scope and has the understanding and experience to execute business objectives
• Enforce short-term and some long-term business goals
• Ensure best-estimate for planning purposes by modeling various scenarios
•Analyze data for reasonableness & reviews variances by considering sources, current business activities and historical trends prior to releasing information to business stakeholders
•Comply with necessary regulations in the reporting process using knowledge of applicable Statutory and GAAP reporting requirements
• Support planning cycle by obtaining relevant data from resources in Finance and other applicable functions
•Respond to client ad-hoc requests for customized data and reports
• Consider the effects on relevant IT infrastructure & controllership, from both a functional & systems perspective, when evaluating and implementing PL process improvement
• Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, including comparison of financial estimates vs. budgets and related risks and opportunities.
• Partner with and provide pro-active financial support to Center / Business Leaders and Regional Leaders communicating financial analysis and helping achieve business' headcount and productivity targets


Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 additional years of experience in a finance position

• Certified Public Accountant or Masters of Business Administration is preferred
