Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Documentum Technical Analyst with advanced or bilingual English level to join our ITC team in our Shared Services Center located in Puerto Madero, Argentina.

The position is to provide operational support and guidance on Document Management Services for Documentum Application (client / server app) for all Chevron operating companies and Business Units globally.

The position will have strong interaction with IM Project & Consulting team for Documentum, business partners and other IT groups in the organization.

Responsibilities for this position will be:

  • Maintaining, implementing, configuring, securing, and doing performance tuning of the Documentum Platform.
  • Troubleshooting and leading the release / deployment activities (including patching) for Documentum and its related technologies and modules based on Windows Server environments; ensure company policy, IP Controls and SOX are applied and in compliance
  • Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials for both internal team use and Chevron-wide knowledge sharing purposes.

Experience required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support teams on Windows Server technology.
  • Experience supporting large environments with high availability and doing consulting and performance troubleshooting
  • It would be decisive having participated in project activities within IT groups.

Required qualifications:

  • Microsoft Technologies architecture (Server, Active directory, IIS, security, etc.)
  • Java SRE, Java Virtual Machine (configuration & troubleshooting)
  • SQL Language
  • Advanced or bilingual English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

Desired qualifications

  • Documentum Platform or other Document Management Systems
  • Document Lifecycle Management
  • PowerShell scripting, DQL & API Language
