An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Content Develop based at our offices in Hull on an 18 month fixed term contract.

Role description In this role you will be primarily responsible for the design and development of high quality digital learning content to mitigate employees performance gaps and support the business in the progression of Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives to enhance the learning experience of RWE npower staff.

The role is based in the L&D team and you will work alongside Learning Specialists, Learning Technology team, SMEs and third party companies.

Utilization of technology is ever growing in the field of L&D today and you will be expected to lead the creation of e-learning and the development of our blended learning content.

Skills and experience Minimum of 3 years experience in an L&D team

Possess a good understanding of L&D principles and practices alongside digital methodologies

Ability to develop original and innovative technical related process learning solutions

Strong knowledge and understanding of learning theory

Self-motivated and self-managed with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Expert in the use of simulation and authoring tools

Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects

Experience in designing and developing e-learning training courses and evaluating digital learning solutions

Experience in Videography and Video editing
