Job Description
This position will report to HR Manager.
Recruitment & Orientation
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the entire recruitment process and provide solutions to attain recruitment objectives in an efficient manner
  • Administer job postings in the relevant job posting platforms and provide initial screening of candidates to facilitate shortlisting and coordinate the interview process and act as the point of contact to update the relevant parties to facilitate the recruitment process
  • Handle the employee orientation and probation process in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Group (Paris teams) and local universities on the selection and hiring of intern trainee and French graduate trainee
  • Drive partnership activities and events with universities to enhance Employer Branding and recruit potential talents; Establish close working relationships with university partners to facilitate collaborations
Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Responsible for operational input and execution of monthly payroll processes and regular benefits administrations (e.g. Outpatient/ Inpatient, Leave Management, Flexi-Benefits)
  • Participate in the review of medical and insurance vendors
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of CPF, government-claim submissions (Maternity, Childcare and NS claims), income tax (IR8A and IR21) matters
HR Operations Administration
  • Deliver high-quality HR administration and day-to-day HR services which includes proper handling of employees' queries on HR matters, preparation of employment contracts and documents, compensation & benefits administration, and managing of exit procedures
  • Provide prompt update and accurate maintenance of employee database (HR System) and personnel files; Support in providing inputs to update HR reports, internal HR working templates and statutory/labour market survey
  • Support in the budgeting process to provide accurate headcount, salary and benefits data for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Plan and execute employee engagement/workplace health promotion programs for company-wide activities; Provide support in other HR events/ campaign liaisons and arrangement of logistical requirements across HR activities
  • Conduct briefing sessions or presentations on HR related topics to employees
  • Assist in the formulation and update HR policies, processes and procedures
  • Participate in HR audit and liaison with internal and external auditors
  • Admin support in IT user requisition for HR team/ HR movements/announcements
  • Provide support in ad-hoc HR initiatives/ projects and tasks as and when required

Profile sought
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations; Preferably with a diploma/degree in HR Specialisation
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll administration
  • Familiar with Employment Act
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English
  • Autonomous, meticulous and good organisation skills
