Role synopsis
• To implement SD strategy to support delivering the performance by working with FWS team and other functional departments.
• To build up the high level relationships with the TOP 18 Dealer groups and OEM FWS, Create impressive results for Castrol auto lubes
• Understanding our customers' needs is Sales and Marketing's goal. From the most efficient sales administrators to the heads of large accounts, people working in sales share a dedication to doing the best for our customers.
• An expert in understanding BP Lubricants' products and in promoting our brand across global markets.

Key accountabilities
Fully complying with Castrol Lubes strategy, provide support for developing China FWS & Super Dealers strategy.
• Develop and maintain headquarters relationship of SD Key Accounts. Build long-term strategy cooperative partnership with customers
• Handle cross-region sales activities and assist sales team and distributors to implement SD annual plan
• Work with OEM and functional team and make annual business develop program and implementation plan for SD team.
• Profitability: Understands and adheres to company pricing strategy and corridors to secure profitability for the company and distributors.
• Customer and market insights: understand customer needs and competitor's approach, and provide feedback to company. Represent "voice of customer" in the company in order to improve our approach.

Essential Education
• Bachelor degree, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering;

Essential experience and job requirements
• Analytical capability and number sensitive; good computer skills;
• Fluent both in written and spoken English;
• Team player, quick learner;
• Intern experiences in auto and auto lubes industry will be a plus;
• Inclinations of using data to explain business character and market phenomena, rational and careful;
• Capability to create new forms of reports, articulate the real meaning behind the data.
