Role synopsis
 Assist filling supervisor in daily operation of Filling team.
 To carry out the filling and packaging material warehouse work following the instruction and supervision for the making process base on HSSE, ISO 9000 &ISO 14000 TS16949 procedures to ensure the good quality of products produced and maintain high HSSE value.
 ensure the HSSE compliance and continuous improvement, statistics and analyze related KPIs, e.g. OEE, Volume per FTE etc, and also lead team to complete the production plan timely, improve the team's the team to launch the new product.
 Follow the Minimum Quality Standard & QA Menu to ensure 100% implementation of working instruction.

Key accountabilities
 Ensure that BP Group's HSSE polices and regulations are followed during filling operation at all the time, fully meet with BP/HSSE objectives and implement OMS requirement.
 Ensure Filling operation to be in line with SOP/WI; make sure all operations are well controlled in accordance with the procedures developed.
 ensure that filling plan/schedule are followed and fulfilled;
 Assist Filling supervisor to support the development of filling / packaging procedures as necessary, make the procedures ready in time of plant commissioning / start-up.
 Assist Filling supervisor to maintain Filling KPIs
 Be in charge of empty package and labeling operation to ensure FG package with high quality
 Assist Filling supervisor to control filling expense to meet budget plan.
 Ensure 5S implementation in Filling area
 Assist Filling supervisor to Develop the annual training/improve plan for 3rd party contractors.

Essential Education
Bachelor degree or above in engineering or related disciplines, machinery preferred

Essential experience and job requirements
 -More than 3 years of plant experience in production or similar process.
 -Other valued skills are computer familiarity and competency.
 -Good communicator and team worker with the ability and willingness to work closely with others
 -Willingness to teach and share information with others
 -Willingness to learn and show initiatives for self-improvement
 -Good English reading/writing.
 - Familiarity with batch and lubricants process would be advantageous
 - Logical thinking, well organized with problem solving ability
 - Be motivated as self-starter
 - Effectively priorities work and handle multiple tasks at the same time
 - Works well under high pressure situations
 - Committed to environmentally, safe and healthy work practices
