Role synopsis
• To tracking and monitor the logistics cost, compare standard logistics cost with operational logistics cost as well.
• To draft the annual logistics budget, and work with finance team to review GFO quarterly.
• Keep tracking with export shipping market to support export sales to collect container shipping price.
• To manage the domestics logistics contract, bidding process, pricing negotiation.
• Logistics marketing intelligence study and analysis.
• Related logistics CI project

Key accountabilities
• Arranging BP Asia PTA plants (China, Taiwan, Indonesia) export/import shipping liner bidding. Send RFP and support export/import rate negotiation and arrange shipping liner selection.
• Lead the domestic logistics bidding process, pricing negotiation, contract management etc.
• Developing export/import contract and other agreements with vendors, establishing/ optimizing performance targets of export /import logistics providers.
• Responsible for export logistics market research and market benchmark. Working with sales manager to follow customer' requirements and demands. Make Analysis of sales Cost to Serve to support the sales team's marketing strategy and execution plan.
• Logistics monthly freight forecast and analysis, establishing budgets and control expenses of logistics fulfilment model.
• Lead to make logistics GFO plan contains timeline, assumptions and deliverables, collaborating with team to align with business cost control initiatives for consistency in financial reporting and results.

Essential Education
University degree.

Essential experience and job requirements
Experience (years and nature)

• 5 Years work experience with 3 years logistics operation or commercial experience.
• The job holder should have related work experiences in export logistics operation and commercial.
• Knowledge of marine shipping process or operations.
• Good negotiation skill in logistics.
• Basic finance knowledge is request.
• Background in SAP functionality considered a plus.


• Mandarin speaking is essential.
• Good English language skill in reading, writing and conversation is required.
• Microsoft office skill is required.
